Following is the Training Schedule at the Jinenkan Dojo for Summer, 2010 (June-August)
Rank progression for young students is done from September through May.

YOUTH PROGRAMS
Kids 1
Ages 8-12, Beginner to Green Belt
Monday-Thursday 5:00-5:45pm

Kids 2
Ages 8-12, Green Belt to Brown Belt
Monday-Thursday 5:55-6:40pm

Junior Adult
Ages 13-15, Beginner to Brown Belt
Tuesday-Thursday 6:50-7:35pm

Junior Black Belt
Ages 8-15, Brown Belt to Junior Black Belt
Monday 7:00-7:45

Kids Sword
Ages 8-12, All Ranks Welcome
Friday 5:00-5:50pm

ADULT PROGRAMS
Taijutsu Basics
Ages 15+, All ranks.
This class covers fundamental body movement and combatives.

Tuesday-Thursday 7:45-8:30

Kenjutsu
Ages 15+, All ranks.
This class covers traditional Japanese Sword from our lineage.

Monday & Wednesday 8:30-9:15

Weapons Training
Ages 15+, All ranks.
Traditional Japanese weaponry training.

Tuesday 8:30-9:15

Kata
In depth study of the Kata from individual Ryu-ha studied at our Dojo.
Monday 7:45-8:30
Thursday 8:30-9:15

Conditioning
Non traditional classes with a strong emphasis on the combative conditioning elements
necessary to complete a martial artist. These classes are challenging workouts centered
around cardio and endurance training through heavy repetition of core exercises that include
grappling, striking, take-downs and rolling.
