Jinenkan Dojo Fundamental Taijutsu Training Series
Jinenkan Dojo Cho, Adam Mitchell details the methods of training and conditioning for how he teaches Jissen Kobudo Jinenkan under his teacher, Manaka Unsui, founder of the International Jissen Kobudo Jinenkan.
